![]() When I had to put one of my kitties to sleep, Darryl was compassionate and professional. Her staff, especially Dawn and Darryl, are amazing!! Dawn knows me and my kitties and always greets me with a smile and is amazingly efficient. ![]() I never felt like she was upselling or trying to soak the client for more money (unlike some other places). Lewis listens to you and does make suggestions about tests that may be needed. I had a diabetic kitty for many years and due to the care she received she lived to the ripe old age of 18!! Dr. She and her staff have always been excellent about everything. I have been bringing my kitties to Dr.Lewis for many years. So yes, they do go all the way for our Family wonders!! Read Less In fact, we trust & feel so strongly about the wonderful care they continue to give our family's 3rd Boxer since Dexor. My daughter was not given a bill for Dextors stay. With all the hurt & pain that they had not only seen but must have felt radiating from our family. They assisted my daughter in finalizing Dextors remains. They where so kind and supportive to us all. their staff where instructed to give us all the time we needed to let him go We had to have been in the room w/him for hours. However, Dextor had a massive heart attack We all rushed to his side. She received updates on his condition throughout her work day. They accepted him to continue monitoring him. She was referred to by one of the doctors, to take Dextor to see Miss Candie. He had been in the ER of a different facility the night before. Read LessĪbout 10 years ago, my daughter took her boxer to this clinic. I'm an animal lover with other pets and will be sure to find another provider for future care needs. I have no problem footing the bill for phone or email feedback, but I refuse to put my kitty through the stress of another visit especially in her current state. "Deanna" quite unapologetically told me that I'd have to book an appointment if I wanted to communicate with Dr Lewis and dismissed me right away, even when I informed her that I would be spreading the word. Since I was impressed with Dr Lewis' honesty, I contacted her office to see about the possibility of forwarding the results of the panel for a second opinion. The other provider ran a blood panel & diagnosed Yaya with probable liver or pancreatic cancer, recommending euthanasia. Last weekend, Yaya took a sudden downturn for the worse so I had to make an emergency visit to another vet since Harmony isn't open on Sundays. I've taken my 19 yo cat Yaya to Harmony in the past for a checkup on the recommendation of close friends.
